By submitting an order you agree to these policies as well as the policies and information described below. Privacy All customer information is treated confidentially. Clocksrow.com does not share customer information save for the name and shipping address needed by our warehouses to ship you your products. Click here for more information. Products 1. Sales Tax: None of the products have sales tax. Clocksrow.com is a Michigan-based company. Consequently, Michigan residents, by state law, are required to pay sales tax when making purchases. Hence, the sales tax for this state is already built into the sales price. 2. Satisfaction Guarantee/Returns/Exchanges: All products come with a money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product, send an email to customerservice@clocksrow.com and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You must also provide details associated with the receipt that was generated at the time of purchase. Lastly, you will need the package in which the product was shipped. The item or items must be in good condition without any visible use, scratches, etc. Upon receipt your item will be inspected and if everything described here conforms to our policy the request will be honored. You must do this within 60 days or you will forfeit any refund or exchange due you. There are no exceptions. All customers must ship the product(s) back at their own expense. If the order has been cancelled per our cancellation policy then there will be a 20% (of invoice) restocking fee. 3. Warranty: Many products come with a limited warranty. If the product does come with a warranty it will so be indicated at the time of purchase. This is usually stated in the product description. Warranty implies a defect in the workmanship and does not cover product abuse and inappropriate operation. No exchanges, refunds or returns under any circumstances will be provided/accepted per the latter. 4. Product Appearance: The purchaser should note that the images provided are the best representation of the product and that finish, color and overall appearance will be subjected to minor variations from product to product as part of the manufacturing process and that the delivered product may not be exactly the same in appearance as the image. Orders 1. Back Orders: Due to fluctuating inventory levels an item may be out-of-stock and we occasionally may need to back order an item. In the event the item is not in stock you will be notified immediately. If you decide to back order the item you will have 72 hours to cancel. After that time the product back order will have been processed and you will not be able to cancel the order. 2. Order Cancellations: Once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the item once you receive it then please see the instructions governing our return policy. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. 3. Order Tracking: Your order may be tracked using the online order tracking system located on the bottom of any of the website pages.
1. Date of Shipment: Most orders will ship the same day or within 1 – 2 business days of receipt of the order. All ground shipping is FREE. However, returned items will have our warehouse shipping fees subtracted from the invoice total. Please see our return/exchange policy. Orders are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx. We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Also, if you wish to expedite your order please specify, e.g., rush or air delivery. Please be advised that there is an additional cost for this. This can be specified at the time of checkout. Please note that we ship only to the 48 contiguous states at this time. 2. Damaged Goods: If your goods are received in a damaged state due to shipping you must notify the carrier immediately. Clocksrow.com is not responsible for any damage attributable to shipping. However, if your carrier confirms damage attributable to shipping notify us at customerservice@clocksrow.com and we will replace your product at no charge if the following is adhered to:
3. Item Malfunction: If the item you purchased does not work properly you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of the item. You will be given a return merchandise authorization number. Also, see the section on product warranty. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and the product/item must be returned in its original packaging. For large items such as grandfather clocks and other large clocks or specialty mechanical clocks including but not limited to large wall clocks and premium clocks any issues of defects in workmanship or product malfunction must be resolved via manufacturer technical support. Most of these products will have limited warranties. If you wish to return the item for a refund please see the policy governing returns and exchanges. We are unable to change ship to address or any shipping information after
orders have been processed. Customers can attempt to call shipping carrier
to change to ship to address or any shipping information. However, we are not
responsible for and we do not guarantee any changes. The Free Ground Shipping we provide is paid by us. However, if an items is
returned, those charges will be deducted from the invoice total of the return
